We are continuing to provide you with the highest quality of Childbirth education through the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Our one day class is designed to prepare you to cope well with your labour & birth as well as caring for yourself and baby post natally while ensuring your birth partner can support you with confidence.
Certificates are awarded upon completion and are accepted by both public and private hospitals.

Hello Baby
Doula Services
Your Doula is your Professional Birth Support Partner. She is there for you and your birth partner during your Labour, Birth and immediate Post-Natal period.
Women who have had Doula support in Labour report lower need for pharmaceutical analgesia, lower C Section rates and greater overall satisfaction with their birth experience.
Doulas provide physical and emotional support and the Hello Baby Doulas are the " Creme de la Creme" in Trinidad and Tobago.

* Planned Caesarean Section
* Early Pregnancy Session - This period can be filled with so many emotions & questions. This session gives evidenced based information to help you have the best start for your pregnancy.
* Planned Caesarean Section - In some cases this is the best and safest birth for you and your baby. It is not the "easy way out". Expectant parents can still be nervous and have many questions about mom and baby care. This session addresses all of this.
